Rachel and Kerry have over 40years of experience within the veterinary industry and have seen many changes over that time. We wanted to build a truly independent practice with your pet's needs at the centre of that dream.

We believe that every pet deserves the best possible care. We treat each pet as an individual, taking the time to get to know them and their unique needs. Our philosophy is based on providing personalized care and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Meet Our Team

Kerry Earp MRCVS

Rachel Molsher RVN

Rachel Molsher RVN

Kerry graduated as a Veterinary Surgeon from Liverpool university in 2006. Since graduating she has spent time as a lead vet as well as doing volunteer charity work in her spare time. Kerry has worked in both independent and  corporate settings with a wide experience across the roles that this brings.

Kerry graduated as a Veterinary Surgeon from Liverpool university in 2006. Since graduating she has spent time as a lead vet as well as doing volunteer charity work in her spare time. Kerry has worked in both independent and  corporate settings with a wide experience across the roles that this brings.

Kerry enjoys the variety that  the veterinary surgeon  role brings but she has a special interest in medicine and providing excellent customer and patient care.

During her career Kerry has trained RVNs, mentored new graduate vets and is a qualified small animal OV.

Kerry's passion is to help ensure that high quality care and compassion is available to all pets and their family in a friendly and familiar setting.

Kerry owns many pets including a French Bulldog named Tilly who was rehomed via the Dog's Trust

Rachel  qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2003.

She has worked in a variety of settings, including first opinion, emergency out of hours, hospitals, corporate and charity.

Throughout her career she has gained a wealth of knowledge and has a particular interest in medical nursing, radiography and anaesthesia.

Most recently Rachel 

Rachel  qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2003.

She has worked in a variety of settings, including first opinion, emergency out of hours, hospitals, corporate and charity.

Throughout her career she has gained a wealth of knowledge and has a particular interest in medical nursing, radiography and anaesthesia.

Most recently Rachel has been working for the Celia Hammond Trust in London where she especially enjoyed nursing patients with a wide array of medical challenges. This was a real eye opening experience for Rachel who found a love of nursing our feline friends as a result.

Rachel owns a West Highland White Terrier called Dottie who you may see around the practice at times.

Sophie qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2010 and has worked in both small animal first opinion clinics and referral settings, giving a broad range of skills across the years. 

Sophie is passionate about her job and aims to deliver gold standard care to all patients and their owners too.  She enjoys all areas of practice life a

Sophie is passionate about her job and aims to deliver gold standard care to all patients and their owners too.  She enjoys all areas of practice life and is proud to have helped train many nurses. 

Outside of work Sophie is a wife and mum and has two crazy dogs - Lola Labrador and Beau the chihuahua. In her spare time she enjoys running, going to the gym or supporting her daughter at swimming training and competitions.
